The information collected is used for:

• All products are manufactured at AxisCore-controlled units or under long-term OEM agreements.
• Product specifications, dimensions, and tolerances are communicated at the time of order confirmation.
• Variations in natural materials (e.g., granite patterns, wood grains) are inherent and not considered defects.
• Technical drawings or client BOQs must be shared in writing before production starts.

• All price quotes are valid for 7–15 days from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to raw material fluctuations, logistics costs, and currency changes (for export orders).
• Prices quoted may be Ex-Factory, FOB, CIF, or DDP as per client preference and commercial agreement.

• Orders are confirmed only upon written purchase order (PO) and receipt of advance payment (typically 30–50%).
• Production begins post-confirmation; delays in documentation or payment may affect timelines.
• Changes after order confirmation may result in additional charges or extended delivery schedules.

• Standard delivery timelines vary by product type and volume (typically 10–45 days from confirmation).
• Delivery terms: Ex-Factory / Ex-Warehouse / FOB Indian Port / CIF as per mutual agreement.
• Insurance is the buyer’s responsibility unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
• Delays due to force majeure (strikes, transport bans, natural disasters, etc.) are not the company’s liability.

• For export orders, AxisCore will provide commercial invoice, packing list, and HS code-based documentation.
• Any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance at the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
• IEC, MSME, GST, and other certifications are available upon request.

• Payment terms will be mutually agreed upon (Advance / LC / Part Credit).
• All invoices are payable in INR or USD as per commercial terms.
• Delayed payments may attract interest of 1.5% per month unless otherwise waived.
• Ownership of goods transfers only upon full payment clearance.

• All materials are inspected internally before dispatch.
• Third-party inspection can be arranged at the buyer’s cost.
• Any claims for damage, defects, or shortage must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
• For export orders, photographic or video proof is required for any shipping-related claims.

• Custom-manufactured goods are non-returnable.
• Cancellations post-production start will incur material and labor charges.
• Approved returns (if any) must be made in original packaging and condition.

AxisCore Solutions Pvt Ltd is not liable for:

• Loss due to improper handling, installation, or use of products
• Delays caused by third-party logistics or regulatory clearances

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
